Road to Kona

Goals: Prove anything can be achieved with the proper mindset, encourage a healthy lifestyle, better cope with stress, and achieve success that is easily defined and measured.

About me

Back in 2017 I made the decision to complete my first Ironman. With a background in running and 1 marathon under my belt, I sought the title of “Ironman”. I had no experience swimming, and my childhood bike was a BMX to get me to school. After 8 solid months of training, Mike Reilly announced me as an Ironman at Madison with a time of 11:38:36. My original plan was to be a 1 and done with the mentality of simply finishing. After posting a decent time, I was hooked and completed my 2nd Ironman 5 weeks later. My original goal was to qualify for the Ironman World Championship in Kona. After punching my ticket at both Ironman Tulsa and Ironman Wisconsin 2021, I hope to inspire others to set and reach their own goals as I chase a professional career.

Becoming a Coach

After watching my own growth since 2016, I now want to share that knowledge and experience with others. Many athletes have yet to unlock their potential, and I want to be part of that journey.
